Quanto a mensagem httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName", basta você adicionar uma entrada em /etc/hosts com seu IP e hostname, ou apenas colocar seu hostname como um apelido para localhost. Ex.:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost webserver
172.18.10.95 webserver.vinicius.com.br webserver
Salve o arquivo e reinicie o apache
#apachectl restart
